MISSION: 

The mission of the TRiO Upward Bound program is to provide services and activities that will prepare 9th-12th grade high school students in two area high schools, to master critical basic skill areas related to high school graduation and college entrance as well as performance on college entrance exams (ACT or SAT) thus enabling them to enter a program of postsecondary enrollment upon graduation from high school.
