Facilities Management
Facilities Management directs and coordinates the planning, design, construction and alteration of Southwest Minnesota State University’s physical facilities; directs and manages the Repair and Replacement programs for Southwest Minnesota State University’s academic facilities and major projects for revenue fund facilities; develops and implements the University Capital Improvement Program and Campus Facilities Master Plan. Facilities Management staff represent the University in all planning/construction matters.
Our mission is to create and manage a physical environment that enhances teaching, learning and living; and serves to support our campus constituents and our region through responsible stewardship of resources.
