Instructions for On-Campus Freshmen:

1. Complete application for admission
2. Submit $20 non-refundable application fee
3. Submit scores from the ACT (code #2151) or the SAT (code #6703)
4. Send us an official high school transcript

Instructions for On-Campus Transfers:

1. Complete application for admission
2. Submit $20 Non-refundable application fee
3. Submit official transcript(s) from each previously attended non-MnSCU college or university

Online Application Instructions

1. Complete application for admission
2. Submit the $20 non-refundable application fee
3. Send official high school and college transcripts to the Office of Admission
4. Submit scores from the ACT (code #2151) or the SAT (code #6703)
5. The SMSU Office of Admission will contact you on the status of your application
