Mentoring Faculty Resources

Designed to provide mentoring professors with information to facilitate their jobs and understand expectations, this page can also serve to inform cooperating high schools of what to expect from their SMSU Professor.

Faculty visitation reports should be completed immediately after each visit by the supervising professor and submitted to Kim Guenther for NACEP archiving. The report can be downloaded from the left, printed off, completed, and then submitted.

If a high school comes to SMSU for their visit it is still necessary to complete a Faculty Visitation Form, simply indicate that the visit took place at SMSU.

Employee Expense Reports can be accessed through Business Services where travel expectations, reimbursement rates, and a full explanation of policy and procedure is provided.

 Faculty responsibilities and direction sheet.
