Senior Portfolio Components

All majors, with the exception of Communication Arts and Literature Secondary Education majors, are required to maintain a portfolio of selected assignments from courses throughout their years of study at SMSU.  The portfolio will be presented and assessed in the COMM 488 Senior Seminar course.  It is the student's responsibility to retain the items required in the portfolio.  To assist you in maintaining your portfolio, a list of assignments, organized by course, has been compiled.  This list can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking here.  If you have transferred courses into SMSU and are using them to meet major requirements, use the list of substitution portfolio assignments to determine what you will put in your portfolio for those courses.
