Data Management and Institutional Research

The Data Management/Institutional Research Office is of service to the university community. The main objectives are to provide data analysis support for administrative decision making, internal and external reporting to various agencies, assessment, and planning and policy support for university programs and departments.

What is Student Right-To-Know?

Student Right-To-Know is a federal law that requires all colleges and universities to disclose certain information to students. This attachment below provides the information that a university must provide to students on graduation rates and transfer-out rates for full-time students seeking degrees at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU).
