A tremendous amount of time is saved if complete mailing addresses are provided, avoiding the need to look them up.
Money is saved by providing accurate e-mail addresses. As the application deadline approaches, if we have a nominee's email address, we do not need to do additional mailings to remind nominees of the deadline. It also enables us to efficiently communicate with applicants who have only partially completed the application process, rather than calling each of them individually to let them know what pieces are missing.
