The MAPs will be used to support current students during academic advising as they create their individual academic plans. The Mustang Advising Plans (MAPs) will also be used to assist potential students and transfer students as they seek program details to make decisions about becoming a future Mustang.

Careers In Elementary Education

Graduates of the Elementary Education Program most often have a goal to teach in an elementary (or kindergarten) classroom or in a middle school endorsement area.  Graduates sometimes choose to apply for substitute teaching, Chapter I teaching, or parochial school teaching.  Other graduates find satisfying positions working with children and families in community education, youth groups and organizations, or preschool programs
