Part-Time Special Student Admission Form

This process does not officially admit you to the university as an SMSU degree seeking student. Therefore you are not eligible for any type of financial aid from SMSU. If you plan to seek a degree from SMSU please begin the application at this location: www.smsu.edu/Admission/Index.cfm

General Information
Many colleges/universities use the date of birth for student identification purposes on student records. Providing your DOB is voluntary. If you do not provide this number, registration will still be processed. This data is requested for purposes of administration, program evaluation, and consumer and alumni data. Your DOB may also be used to create summary information about MnSCU programs through data matches with other state agencies.
