WELLNESS: the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal.
                         The Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

Faculty and staff wellness is quickly becoming a key component of the Exercise Science program. By providing faculty and staff with opportunities that promote not just physical activity during the day but total wellness to enhance ones physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.

Kris Cleveland launched the first faculty and staff fitness class in Fall Semester 2013 focusing on Core/Cardio and Stability. With an overwhelming success the Exercise Science program is eager to expand faculty and staff fitness opportunities.
