- Open Hours: Thursdays in Spring 2019 February 14, 21, 28, March 7, 28, and April 4, 11 from 5:30pm - 8pm (last order at 7:30).
- Location: SMSU Culinology/Hospitality Dining Room IL 116 in the Individualized Learning Building.
- Price: $20.00 including tax for a 3-course meal. No tips are expected. (Only CASH or CHECKS are accepted.)
Menu Theme: Pasta or Noodle?
First course: Choice of Soup or Salad*
Second course: Choice of 1 Entrée:
- Beef Pho: Rice noodle in a savory beef broth garnished with sirloin, bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lime wedge (Gluten free, Garlic free)
- Pasta with Braised Pork, Red Wine, and Pancetta: Penne pasta with tender pork and pancetta in a savory red wine sauce topped with grated pecorino cheese
- Stuffed Manicotti with Ricotta Cheese, Spinach, and Chicken: Manicotti stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, and chicken served on a bed of tomato sauce made from scratch topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Udon with Sprimp Tempura: Japanese Udon noodle served in flavorful dashi broth accompanied by crispy shrimp tempura (Garlic free)
- Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles: Fresh Zucchini strips sautéed with tomato, basil, and garlic topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese (Gluten free)
Third course: Dessert*
* Soup, salad, and dessert items will change each week with five entree selections remaining the same.We are proud to be offering espresso beverages on our menu (at an additional charge- espresso shot or Americano $2, Latte or Cappuccino $3).
