Sending Your Application to SMSU

Congratulations going through the tedious process of compiling the necessary information for your application. Now comes the easy part whereby you have to ensure that the documents is sent to Southwest Minnesota State University. There are a few options to send your documents so choose your method of sending us your application.

 

Sending Your Application via Move It Securely

We highly recommend using Move It Securely due to the convenience it brings to both you and SMSU's registration office. Kindly use your activated StarID and password, log into Move It Securely. On the left side, click on "Packages". Then under "Package Actions", select "Send a new package". Kindly have all your documents scanned in color and simply follow the instructions and send your documents securely through Move It Securely to Gloria Thompson at Gloria.Thompson@smsu.edu. Please note that faxed documents are not at all accepted this is because faxed documents are not in color or adequately clear. Kindly contact Michael Kurowski if you have any problems with Move It Securely.

 

Sending Your Application via Postal Service

We understand that there is a possibility of applicants not having the luxury of having scanning equipment. In turn, applicants may wish to such application documents via postal service. Kindly have all your documents enclosed in a document envelope and send it to the following address.
