2023 Homecoming Royalty and Court

Stephen Zimmer and Hermoine Armendariz were crowned the 2023 Homecoming Royalty on Thursday, October 12 ,2023 at SMSU.
This year's Homecoming Royalty:
KING: Stephen Zimmer, is a senior, Political Science major from Marshall. His parents are Steve and Tricia Zimmer. His sponsors are Enactus and the Newman Club.
QUEEN: Hermione Armendariz, is a junior from Odessa, TX, majoring in Business Management. Her parents are Annette Yharra and Gonsalo Armendariz. Her sponsors are Residents Hall Association and Student Association, Senate.
Court: (King and Queen Candidates)
Ashton Ayres, is a senior from Ortonville, majoring in Political Science He is the son of Shane and Tina Ayres. His sponsors are RHA, Student Association, Student Activities Committee and the American Marketing Association.
Jessica Bohl, is a senior from Winthrop, MN, majoring in Social Work. Her parents are Dean and Tammy Bohl and Dawn Bohl. She is sponsored by the Student Social Work Association.
Lillian Lewandowski, is a senior from New Ulm, MN, majoring in Public Relations. Her parents are Aaron and April Lewandowski. She is sponsored by the Student Activities Committee.
Sophomore Reps
Sami Theis, is a sophomore from New Prague, MN, majoring in Social Work, Criminal Justice and Spanish. She is the daughter of Brian and Shannon Theis. Sami is sponsored by the Student Activities Committee.
Hannah Meyer, is an Agriculture Education major from Kiester, MN. Her parents are Heather and Thomas Meyer. She is sponsored by the Ag Club.
Freshmen Reps
Kaitlyn Sharp, is a first year Business Management major from Jordan, MN and the daughter of Kurt and Karen Sharp. She is sponsored by the American Marketing Association.
James Gednalske, is a Business Management major, from Marshall, MN and the son of Melissa Gednalske. He is sponsored by Enactus and The SMSU Veteran/s Association.
