Campus Clearance Process

The Campus Clearance Process is online.

Undergraduate Students who are in their last semester of enrollment must:

  1. Login to E-Services/Online Registration
    • Check Permanent Address
      • Listed Under Account Management
      • Address Updates within 24 hours
    • Check Holds
      • Listed Under Courses and Registration
      • Note: Holds can be added to your account at any time
  2. Login to SouthwestNET
    • Complete Civic Involvement
    • Complete Graduate Follow-up Survey-*Required information only at this time
    • Verify Address is Correct
