Gold Rush Days and Mustang Movers – Welcome to another exciting year at SMSU!

Gold Rush Days, our new student orientation program, will take place August 21st–24th. This event is a special time when we welcome our newest Mustangs to campus and help them get connected, settled, and excited for the year ahead.

We are currently looking for volunteers to serve as Mustang Movers and help our incoming students move into the residence halls on Thursday, August 21st, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to meet new students and their families, show your Mustang pride, and help make a strong first impression. All volunteers will receive a free Mustang Mover t-shirt!

Move-in will be centered around Commons Central Field, and volunteers will receive more information closer to the date.
