“The SMSU RN to BSN Program does not have you take a set amount of credits each semester. This flexible scheduling was perfect for me as it allowed me to vary the amount of credits I took each semester. I would have struggled without that flexibility as I am a non-traditional student who is also a wife, mother of four, and worked full time while completing my degree. This program is designed to fit into your life, whether you want to be a full-time or part-time student.”

Parking and Road Closure

Tag Icon Info Category: Attention

Posted from Tuesday, November 03, 2026 through Monday, November 09, 2026

In preparation for events taking place in the REC on Friday, November 6, the PE/BA parking lot will be closed beginning Thursday night. Road closures will also be in place on Mustang Trail in front of the RA parking lot, as well as on Stadium Drive and State Street.

Please note that the RA parking lot will be reserved for event parking. Students, employees, and visitors are encouraged to avoid parking in this area and make alternative parking arrangements in the B lots.

All roads and parking lots are expected to reopen Saturday morning. Please plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and be aware of these temporary changes when coming to campus.
