What's New in Mustang Dining This Fall

Mustang Dining is kicking off the fall semester with a new dining services partner, new onsite leadership and several new offerings for the SMSU community. Sodexo joins SMSU this fall, with General Manager Charlie Rattler III and Operations Manager Joe Lee Brau leading the Mustang Dining team.

Faculty and staff can stop by Gold N’ Brew for the coffee classics your mornings depend on or try one of the new Stangers Energy Brews, featuring a variety of flavors made with Monster Energy Ultra. For lunch or a quick bite, visit Sub Hub for signature subs and Red Baron Personal Pan Pizzas.

Faculty & Staff Meal Plans will also be available this fall, offering a convenient way to dine on campus. Plan details are currently being finalized. Once available, plans can be purchased through Jorun Johnson in the Mustang Card Center at 507-537-6573 or jorun.johnson@smsu.edu.
