2021 SMSU Outstanding Senior Award Announcement

President Dr. Kumara Jayasuriya and SMSU Alumni Association Board President Neil Kruse ('78) announce the 2021 Outstanding Senior Award.

This year’s Commencement ceremony will look different than the traditional event, but we are excited that we will still be able to have a limited, in-person celebration. Due to restrictions on public gatherings, we will be sharing part of the traditional ceremony virtually. Each day during Commencement Week, we will share video links to speakers and other features that would normally be done in person. On Saturday, May 8, we will conduct the Conferral of Degrees in person.
