Megan Olsem and Tristan Primus Crowned Homecoming Royalty

Megan Olsem and Tristan Primus were crowned the 2025 Homecoming Royalty tonight at SMSU.
- Queen: Megan Olsem, a junior majoring in Social Work from Jackson, MN, is sponsored by the Student Association. She is the daughter of Dawn Ritter and Richard Olsem.
- King: Tristan Primus, a senior majoring in English (Creative Writing), is from Buffalo, MN. Sponsored by the Philosophy Club, Tristan is the son of Aimee and Terry Primus.
Royal Court (Royalty Candidates)
- Elsie O’Neil, a senior is majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She hails from Pipestone, MN, and is sponsored by the Student Activities Committee. Her parents are Chris and Marina O’Neil.
- Kaitlyn Sharp, a senior from Jordan, MN, is majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Management. She is sponsored by the Student Activities Committee and is the daughter of Kurt and Karen Sharp.
- Ali Nathani, a senior from Karachi, Pakistan, is majoring in Computer Science and Data Science. He is sponsored by the American Marketing Association and is the son of Rizwan and Salma Nathani.
- Shane Rogers, a senior majoring in Computer Science, is from Storden, MN. Sponsored by Residence Life, Shane is the son of Joseph and Eng Rogers.
