June 16-20th
Explore career opportunities in education with our summer academy for aspiring educators. Over the course of five days, attendees will participate in a variety of activities to grow and develop as future educators.
An opening Zoom session for the Summer Session will allow academy attendees to register for the SMSU course ED 312—Human Relations for Teachers and to begin building community with other learners. The learning will start with activities that will be completed online before the academy starts. Academy activities and learning will cover many of the course requirements, with some additional work to be finalized online after the academy ends.
Participants will stay on-campus, in the Residence Halls, working in cohorts for the duration of the academy.
