SMSU's Credentialing Education Courses

2019-2020 Teaching and Learning Competency Requirement  Courses:

SMSU currently offers three of the four teaching and learning competency courses required by Minnesota State.

Fall 2019 Institute

Sept 20 (1-8 pm), 21-22 (8-5) & October 17 & 18 (8-5)

All three courses are offered during the Fall Institute.  We encourage you to enroll for all three courses and take them all the same two weekends if you need all three.  We want you to have plenty of time to apply what you have learned inside your own classes.

 Next Step:

  1. Contact Cori Ann Dahlager at CoriAnn.Dahlager@SMSU.edu  or 507-537-6819 to receive information on the application process.
  2. Once you have submitted the online Application form, you will receive an email confirmation with the following: SMSU ID and registration instructions.
  3. Information on the tuition waiver application can be found with your Human Resource Office.
