  • Open Hours: Thursdays in Spring 2018 February 8, 15, 22, March 1, 15, and April 5 from 5:30pm - 8pm (last order at 7:30).
  • Location: SMSU Culinology/Hospitality Dining Room IL 116 in the Individualized Learning Building.
  • Price:  $23.00 including tax for a 3-course meal. No tips are expected. (Only  CASH or  CHECKS are accepted.)

Menu Theme: Wave of East

First course: Choice of Soup or Salad*

Second course: Choice of 1 Entrée:

  • Three cup chicken: A Taiwanese Classic, Brasied chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine served over steamed rice ( Gluten free, garlic free )
  • Ton Katsu: Japanese Pork Cutlet, lightly breaded pork with flour, egg, and panko (Japanese bread crumb), served with potato salad
  • Galbijim: Korean Classic, Slow braised beef short rib in a traditional Korean barbecue base sauce serviced with bread roll and Asian Salad
  • Choila: Nepalis Spicy Pork cooked with tomato, garlic, ginger and exotic mixture of spices including red chilies, cumin, turmeric, and fenugreek seed served over basmati rice ( Gluten free )
  • Bibimbap: Korean Classic Mixed Rice Vegetarian Style, Steamed rice with medley of sautéed vegetables including carrot, zucchini, white and portabella mushroom, baby spinach topped with Yuba (fried tofu) ( Gluten free, Garlic free )

Third course: Dessert*

* Soup, salad, and dessert items will change each week with five entree selections remaining the same.

We are proud to be offering espresso beverages on our menu (at an additional charge- espresso shot or Americano $2, Latte or Cappuccino $3).
