Sweet Potato Tempura Roll:
Lightly fried tempura battered sweet potato strips with avocado, black beans, and pico de gallo. Drizzled with garlic cilantro aioli and topped with queso fresco (a fresh Mexican cheese). - Contains wheat, dairy, and egg.

Carne Asada Roll
Marinated, grilled flank steak rolled with cilantro, red onion, avocado, and garlic cilantro aioli. The roll is fried for a crisp exterior before being topped with cotija cheese (a crumbly, salty Mexican cheese). - Contains wheat, egg, and dairy.

Shrimp Tempura Roll:
Seasoned shrimp tempura rolled with mango salsa, cotija cheese crumbles, and avocado crema. Finished with fresh cilantro and lime juice. - Contains shrimp, wheat, and egg. 

Honey Garlic Sriracha Chicken Roll
Fried and filled with tender chicken, cream cheese, and spicy sriracha sauce. Garnished with green onion, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. - Contains soy sauce, wheat, egg, and dairy. 

Soup

Pozole Verde
A traditional Mexican soup made up of a mix of roasted tomatillos, chiles, and peppers with garlic and onion, combined into a chicken and hominy-based broth. Finished with fresh lime, cilantro, and red onion.

Cilantro Garden Salad
Spring greens topped with toasted pepitas, red onion, cotija cheese, avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Served with a cumin-lime dressing. - Contains dairy
