SMSU Campus Climate Survey 2019

The survey is open to the campus community:
February 1 — February 21, 2019
How to take the survey:
- An email with a link to the survey will be sent out to @SMSU.edu and @my.SMSU.edu addresses.
- Table tents will be set up in the dining center with a QR code linking to the survey.
SMSU is participating in this pilot project with five other Minnesota State system campuses to help us understand our campus climate and foster an environment of equity, inclusion, and listening to all voices.

Campus climate studies provide a baseline of data that helps the institution better understand how members of the campus community relate to one another on a daily basis, and allows the institution to determine what is working and what is not.

Focus Groups:
April 3, 2019
Focus groups will include:
- Men of color
- Women of color
- Latinx/DACA students
- Student-athletes of color
- LBGTQ students
- Student organization reps (students speaking on behalf of a student club/organization)
- Pell-eligible students of color and American Indian students
- Non-Traditional Students
- Adult Learners (Gold College)
- Parents of Students
- Faculty, staff, administration from communities of color
- International faculty, staff, administration
