Group Visit

Thank you for your interest in Southwest Minnesota State University. Please review the information below before submitting your group visit request.

• Priority for group programs will be given to groups in grades 9–12 or transfer student groups. Then, grade 6-8 groups who are affiliated with a college-bound organization (e.g., AVID or Upward Bound).
• Reservations are required and must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• Please do not register for more than one date unless you plan to run multiple group programs.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. We will get back to you regarding your request within seven business days.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your group program, please contact our office at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled program. If you cancel or wish to reschedule, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling a group program requires submitting a new request form.
