Come back to the SMSU Residence Halls and save $1,500 off the annual room rate!
Discount is approximately 25% off room rates for students returning to the Residence Halls in Fall 2023.
Each year you return to the Residence Halls, you will get $1,500 off the annual cost of your room.
 If you’ve been living off campus for a while, come back and we’ll give you the same deal.
(Foundation Residence Apartments are not included in the discount.)
