Paying Your Tuition Bill

The Business Services Office is responsible for the collection of tuition, fees, residence hall charges, and student loans. You may pay your tuition in person at the Cashier’s Office located in IL 132, or through Business Services IL 139. You may also pay your tuition on-line as described in the previous section.

It is the student’s responsibility to access their tuition account through the on-line registration system to check his/her tuition. To view and pay your tuition bill, login to E-Services and click on Bills and Payments.

The Business Services Office posts tuition due dates for each semester and other important dates on their homepage.

If paying tuition in person, tuition can be paid by cash, check, credit or debit card at the Cashier’s Office. If paying tuition on-line, tuition can be paid by credit or debit card only.

Policy Note: Students shall have their registration cancelled for nonpayment when payment is not made in full, as defined subsequently, by the established due date.
