Position purpose:
Assist the Theatre Producer and Box Office Manager in managing the front-of-house team and communicating and coordinating with the backstage team during SMSU Theatre performances to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for the audience and efficient communication and organization with student workers and faculty.

- Customer service and professional communication.
- Work 2-3 productions throughout the academic year, for a total of 10-21 performances, approximately 3-4 hours per performance.
- If more than one House Manager is hired, these students could rotate the required hours, depending on the students’ availability or involvement in other aspects of the production.
