• Coordinate your event with other events on campus to avoid conflicts or take advantage of traffic flow.
• Reserve space, technology and other resources for your event 24/7.
• Have your event published on the campus calendar.

Inquiries may be directed to  Tim.Alcorn@smsu.edu or call (507) 537-6549 if you need assistance determining which space and resources will best meet your needs or to make catering arrangements for your event.  You may also stop by the University Scheduling Office located on the Upper Floor of the Student Center between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
