Information for Conference Attendees

The SMSU community and general public are invited and encouraged to attend this year’s conference, showcasing some of the excellent work done by SMSU students. This year’s conference will be primarily in-person, but will also have virtual options, with virtual presentations held live via Zoom.  Presentations are grouped into discipline-specific sessions and held throughout the day. Presentation times for individual presenters, will be available in the URC Program as well as the URC Abstract Booklet.  

 


 

Presenter Information

  • REGISTRATIONS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Wednesday, October 5th by 11:59pm.

  • ABSTRACTS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Thursday, November 9th by 11:59 pm.

 

  • PRESENTATIONS:  
    • POSTER PRESENTATIONS must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 - this will allow for adequate time for poster printing. Poster presentations should be saved and submitted as a PDF file. 

    • ORAL and VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, November 27, 2022. Oral presentations can be submitted as a PowerPoint file.
