Committee on Institutional Assessment

The Committee on Institutional Assessment provides primary leadership in coordinating, assisting, and supporting a university-wide program of evaluation and feedback to improve and enhance institutional effectiveness and student learning. The CIA oversees the biannual submission of assessment reports by academic programs. The Report on the Assessment of Student Learning (RASL) submission schedule is located here. Department chairs and Campus Assessment Coordinator can help faculty with the SMSU Programmatic assessment process.
