  • Explore the company’s expectations of their employees
  • Explore the company’s philosophy on community service
  • Talk with people you know who work for the company

  • How does your education support the position you are seeking?
  • What are your short and long term goals?
  • What are your interests?

  • How will your skills make you successful in this position?
  • How do your short and long term goals relate to that of the company?

Things to Remember for the Interview:

  • A professional binder and professional pen
  • Extra copies of your resume
  • At LEAST 3-5 questions for the interviewer
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment
  • Overdress rather than under dress
  • If appropriate, bring your portfolio
