How do I change my permanent/local address?

To make changes to your permanent/local address you will need to follow these steps:

  • Click on
  • Click on E-Services
  • Enter your Star ID
  • Enter your Pin/Password
  • Click on Account Management
  • Click on Address Info
  • Click on Permanent or Local
