Who Is My Academic Advisor?

An academic advisor is assigned to all degree-seeking students to assist them in meeting their graduation requirements.

To view your academic advisor:

1. Log in to E-Services
   
   

   E-Services

2. Select the Courses & Registration Tab
   
   
3. Select View/Modify Class Schedule

Contacting Your Advisor

Academics

• Students who declare a major are assigned to SMSU faculty members for academic advising. These faculty teach within the student's declared major. Browse the Academics page to find your program and department.

• Students who are undecided about their major are assigned to the Deeann Griebel Student Success Center for Academic Advising.
  
  
• Students who require academic support services will be assigned the Deeann Griebel Student Success Center as a student advisor.
