The Campus Clearance Process is online.
Undergraduate Students who are in their last semester of enrollment must:
- Login to E-Services/Online Registration
- Check Permanent Address
- Listed Under Account Management
- Address Updates within 24 hours
- Check Holds
- Listed Under Courses and Registration
- Note: Holds can be added to your account at any time
- Check Permanent Address
- Login to SouthwestNET
- Complete Civic Involvement
- Complete Graduate Follow-up Survey-*Required information only at this time
- Verify Address is Correct
